Vitamin K2-rich diet may reduce osteoporosis risk

Research published in BMJ Nutrition Prevention & Health suggests that eating a vitamin K2-rich diet, which could simply be a daily portion of Jarlsberg cheese, could improve bone health and help to prevent osteoporosis.
